Partha Sil,  is a student of Music, in Sikkim University. Partha began making bamboo flutes on his own, taking tips from his teachers and flautists he came across in his life. He then tried his hand at a glass-bamboo flute making. The glass-bamboo flute in the picture and the bamboo flute he holds in his hand are of his own make.
